Madden and Associates

Madden & Associates is a highly regarded quantity surveying and project management company situated in Maitland, New South Wales. From this central location we service a large area, with projects throughout New South Wales and Queensland.

Madden & Associates are strictly client side consultants. We do not work for builders (except owner-builders) and can assure all our clients that we have only their best interests in mind, in any work we do.

Madden & Associates have many years of experience in all facets of Quantity Surveying, including but not limited to cost control, tax depreciation, cost estimating, insurance estimates and building disputes as expert witness.

We have extensive and varied project management experience, covering construction management and financial administration of many diverse projects from Clubs, Pubs and other entertainment venues to light and heavy industry.
